Refund, Warranty & Payment Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your StreamVault Stick. This policy outlines our guarantees, acceptable payment methods, and the process for returns and refunds.

1. Warranty

The StreamVault Stick comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers failures of the internal hardware (processor, memory) under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, or incompatibility with specific TV models. If a defect arises, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

2. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in British pounds sterling (£). Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice, but once an order is confirmed, the price is locked. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout.

4. Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To cancel, please inform us in writing via email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address. You must return the product in its original packaging within 14 days of cancellation.

5. Return Conditions

Returned devices must be undamaged, with all accessories and packaging. We may deduct a reasonable amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We will notify you by email when the refund has been initiated.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your StreamVault Stick arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
